Cut2Shape is operated by Astros Marketing (Pty) Ltd from 2 Makro Place, Sunnyrock 1401, Germiston. All quotes, orders and technical arrangements run through email so you always have a written reference. For any enquiry, whether it is material selection, sheet profiling, or collection arrangements, send details through our contact form. Our bays handle requests from workshops and production teams across South Africa, including Gauteng, Durban and Cape Town. No walk-in counter service is available, so please contact the team before visiting. More background is available on the About page.
Each project or production run is confirmed in writing before we start any CNC work. You will get clear specifications, nest plans and material details for your approval before we allocate spindle time or sheets. If your order needs specific stacking, custom finishes or special packaging for transport, please mention this during quoting so we can plan accordingly. Scheduling depends on current workshop workload, available stock and the complexity of your order. To avoid avoidable delays, especially during periods of power cuts or public holidays, we recommend booking well in advance. All items are supplied ex-works from our Germiston facility. You may collect yourself, arrange your own courier, or ask us to suggest reliable local operators. Once your goods leave our premises, responsibility for the parts transfers to you or your courier. Delivery lead times can be affected by Highveld storms, municipal outages or public holidays. If you need extra crating, sealing or protective packaging for transport to coastal or inland locations, let us know when ordering so we can help prevent damage from humidity or dust. Please note, we do not handle export logistics and only supply within South Africa.
Your data is handled in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). Contact details, drawings and job specs stay confidential within the office and workshop. We only use your details to run operations, deliver your order and provide after-sales support. We serve all fabrication, production and engineering sectors, from Gauteng’s industrial parks to coastal workshops. Quotes will set out the scope, tolerances, and finish available for each job. Payment terms, if not agreed up front, are included on your quotation or confirmation email. You are responsible for any municipal or SARS documentation needed for transport.
