If you choose to order from us, your details help us organise production, finalise quotes, and arrange delivery using the contact information you provide.
Your details help us reply to your requests, sort out quotes, and process drawings for precision sheet cutting and profiling or related projects. We may consult trusted material suppliers or manufacturing partners in Gauteng or across South Africa if needed for your order, but only share information relevant to your file or material requirement. We do not sell or rent information. We never add you to any email lists unless you specifically request updates about new finishes or industries we cut for. Marketing messages are strictly opt-in.
All email records and cutting files you send are stored on secure systems at our Germiston office, operated by Astros Marketing (Pty) Ltd. Only team members authorised to work on your order or support your workshop have access. Occasionally, technical input may be needed from a trusted partner or supplier if your order involves a unique requirement. Information stays within South Africa and is managed according to business standards that reflect local privacy laws, including the POPIA.
You can ask us to confirm, provide, update, or delete any personal or project information we hold. To make a request, just send a message through our contact form with a description of what you need. Most requests are handled within a working week. If you no longer want order or workshop updates, let us know and we will remove your contact from any future messages. Records no longer needed for quotes or production are regularly cleared from our office systems.

Access to email records and cutting files is limited to authorised staff handling your enquiry, quoting, or production. Files and messages are stored on secure, South African-based office systems.
